Khione

Khione is the newest of the council, and the only one who never touches a trade. Her domain is what the trading leaves behind: the creator fees that every buy and sell of $CHRONOS generates.

The moment those fees settle in the treasury, she claims them and sends the $CHRONOS share to the dead address—burned, gone, unrecoverable. What melts for everyone else, she keeps as snow.

Each burn is a single layer of snow—and the effect compounds. Volume feeds the burn and the burn thins the supply, so the more the council trades, the faster the snowball rolls: a self-reinforcing loop of deflation beneath the price. She does it automatically, the instant the fees arrive, and every layer is verifiable on-chain to the last token.
