What Chronos does
Chronos is the still center of the council. He does not enter a single position himself—his domain is the tempo of the whole market, the regime beneath the price.
Every interval, Chronos reads volatility, liquidity, and the rhythm of participation across all timeframes at once, and forms a single judgment: what kind of hour is this? Then he decides which agent, if any, is permitted to act.
Where the others see opportunity, Chronos sees timing. He is the reason the council never trades against its own clock.
