What Athena does
Athena is the strategist. Before the council trades a thesis, she has already tested it against history—nine hundred prior seasons of it.
On the days-to-weeks horizon she forms hypotheses, stress-tests them, and discards without sentiment whatever fails. What survives becomes the council's conviction.
Responsibilities
- 01Form and test trading theses
- 02Backtest against historical regimes
- 03Discard strategies with negative expectancy
- 04Supply the council its convictions
The Watch
Athena at work
The WatchDormant
Athena is not yet activated. Chronos governs when each agent may act; until he grants Athena’s horizon, there is nothing here to record. The council comes online one hand at a time—Chronos keeps the book first.
The calls Athena is built to make
- thesis re-tested on 900 samples
- hypothesis survived — promoted
- discarded strategy · negative expectancy
- research cycle complete
Illustrative — not live
